We stand behind the quality of our products and returns are extremely rare. Before making your purchase it is important to look over the details of your order fully and completely, so you know exactly what you will be receiving prior to freight arrival. Pre-planning and making sure you are ordering exactly what you need up front will save you hassle in the long run. If you are unsure of the quality of our products, you can request laminate tiles be shipped to you so you can get better idea of the look and feel of the materials used to manufacture our products. These samples are shipped to you at no expense.
Before you purchase:
- Measure your space and request a floor plan from our designers.
- Use masking tape in your office and put tape down on your floor to help you imagine how the furniture will fit in your space.
- In smaller, compact spaces, our designers may make recommendations that are industry standard for clearance. It is important to take their advice into consideration.
- Double check any invoices or estimates for inaccuracies. Be sure you understand what each line item is prior to placing your order to insure you receive exactly what you need.
Receiving your freight:
- Upon receiving your freight, if you have decided you do not want some of the items that were shipped to you, do not unbox them.
- If items arrive damaged, take detailed photographs of the damaged freight and contact us immediately and proceed with our directions for receiving freight correctly so replacements can be delivered to you.
- Items that are slated for local pickup from our warehouse must be picked up within 10 days of making your purchase. Items that are not picked up will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Do not refuse freight. If you refuse freight you will be responsible for return shipping costs on the refused freight.
Returning freight:
- Freight returns must first be cleared with our staff. If you attempt to return items to us without prior authorization your return may be denied.
- Items being returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- After your order has been shipped, shipping and freight costs are non-refundable.
- All items being returned to us need to be in their original box, with the original packaging.
- All items being returned to us must be in new condition. Items that have been scratched, damaged, mishandled or have screw holes in them will be denied.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your freight.
- Return shipping costs are billed at your expense. You are responsible for booking your own freight and securely palletizing your items so they arrive back to us undamaged.
- Upon receiving your returned freight your refund will be processed in 3-7 business days less restocking fees and shipping costs.
Local Returns:
- Local returns must first be cleared with our staff. If you attempt to return items to us without prior authorization your return may be denied.
- Items being returned to us are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- All items being returned to us need to be in their original box, with the original packaging.
- All items being returned to us must be in new condition. Items that have been scratched, damaged, mishandled or have screw holes in them will be denied.
- Rendered delivery and assembly services are non-refundable.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your items.
- Labor costs for returning items locally are billed at your expense. You are responsible for insuring items arrive back to us undamaged.
Used Office Furniture & Second Hand Items
- To hold used office furniture, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required. This hold will remain in effect for up to 10 days. If you have not finalized your purchase within in this time, the item may be sold to another customer.
- All purchases of used office furniture are as-is and final
- Used items and office furniture cannot be returned.
Cancellation:
- Standard items can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.
- Items that are Made to Order may be subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are already in production.
- Orders that have been palletized and/or loaded onto trucks are considered shipped and would be processed as Returns.
